Listen to this contest stat, folks.

Do you guys remember how in the first few days, us contest players were up over 100 units combined.

Well, I just did them again very fast, and I couldn't believe what I saw.

As a group, we are now - 418 units. Imagine that, -418 units. That's right, the +'s are +385, and the -'s are -803, for a net loss of -418.

Boy do we all suck or what. I of course lead the way in sucking. And don't forget, there is still 22 posters who haven't made a pick yet. I just hope you guys are not all betting these games that you pick, like me, or the majority of us are getting killed, and the books are just cleaning up.

I guess it really is tough to make money gambling. Maybe we all should just start fading ourselves, because we suck overall as a group. And I lead the way.

I swear I have NEVER seen this thread that you put up. Where was it, in the hockey forum. How come I'd never seen it before. I would have never put this thread up had I seen your thread. Sorry about that. It's funny how we were both thinking of the same thing.

Looks like maybe Sick isn't as sharp as we all thought. Minus money in the contest and now he's getting beat to the juicy stories by Vega. Your career is falling apart Sick.

If anyone out there is interested in doing a lot of work (altough I don't know if this is being kept track of in access or excel, which would make it easier), instead of taking the group as a whole, how would you do if, starting a couple of weeks into the contest, to give people some time to establish themselves, you were to either just bet on the plays of whoever was in the top 10 that day, or everyone who was positive that day?

As with any sport, I would expect the overall to be negative, but think there are some who will show a profit.
